GERMAN ROULADEN AND STEAMED VEGGIES WITH HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

Tonight we had German Rouladen (without pickles) and steamed veggies with hollandaise sauce.

1/2 way cook your flat steak on both sides and set to side. During this time, saute your bell pepper in 1/2 tsp of canola oil until soft. Put bell pepper and feta cheese on top of flat steak and roll; holding together with tooth picks. Make brown gravy (I used packets). Place steaks into a pan and pour gravy over and simmer, with lid, until fully cooked; make sure you stir every 5 min and drizzle gravy over tops. Steam your broccoli and squash (or any veggies) and make hollandaise sauce (i used packets). Enjoy!
